Based on the business strategy of client's product, we help the users have the most suitable experience and discover Experience Value and then we apply the user's experience to the design. (Co)ThinkUser's design service is based on scientific research and results (such as user's needs, behavior characteristics, sensibility elements..etc.)
The lower figure shows you the experience design process of ThinkUser. You can identify that the User Experience Research methodoldgy is being suitably applied to each stage of design.

Information Design
Information Design determines the standard unit of the series of information (function/service included) that is given by the product, it also classifies and marshals the information and structuralize altogether.
To be able to execute Information Design, systematic analysis of the product's purpose, strategy, target user and user task is required.
The information design is completed with the classification, grouping and naming of the information and organizing.
Interaction Design
Interaction Design is the most important stage of the User Experience Design.
Interaction Design means deciding the method of interaction, such as the actual users working and communicating through the product. Therefore, not only the information of the product itself, but also user characteristic, user context and task must all be under consideration.
At this stage the product's main user model (ex;Persona) is established and the final design is completed by forming a task model to confirm how the assembly group of information - Task moves/operates.

Interface Design
Information structure and interaction design's final making is established through the screen unit, the interface.
As a figurative expression the information design and interaction design could be compared to a blueprint just finished and getting ready to start construction work. µðÀÚÀÎ ¸ÞŸÆ÷(Metaphor) ¼³Á¤ ¾Æ·¡ ½Ã°¢ÈµÈ ÁÖ¿ä ȸé ÅÛÇø´(Template)À» ¿©·¯ ¹øÀÇ ÇÁ·ÎÅäŸÀÌÇÎ(Prototyping)ÇÏ¿© ¹Ýº¹µðÀÚÀÎÀ» ÇÏ°Ô µÇ´Âµ¥, À̶§´Â ¿ªÀ¸·Î ¾ÖÃÊ ÀǵµÇß´ø Á¦Ç°ÀÇ ¸ñÀû, »ç¿ëÀÚÀÇ ´ÏÁî ¹× Çൿ, °¨¼º ¿äÀÎ µîÀÌ ¹Ýº¹Çؼ °ËÁõµË´Ï´Ù.
Afterwards the actual graphic elements are produced and arranged, then the overall look and feel of the product is completed.
